Phase 1 – Substructure

This is where Nakano begins the foundation or substructure of One-North Eden. It includes piles, raft foundations and earthworks.

Bored piling for the two towers of One-North Eden have been completed with minimum environmental impact.

Pile cap works are expected to be completed in 2Q 2022, subject to site progress.
