The rain did not dampen the excitement at the actual site, as TID Pte Ltd formally entrusts the project to Nakano Singapore, symbolising the beginning of construction.

Note: To safeguard against Covid-19 transmissions, all invited guests were ushered to take the mandatory Antigen Rapid Tests (ART). Safe Management Measures were also observed before the ceremony commencement.
